Phytopathologist
Dr. Andrés France is an agronomist from the Universidad de Chile, with a Ph.D. in Plant Pathology from Cornell University. For over three decades, he worked as a researcher at the Institute of Agricultural Research (INIA), where he held the position of Director of the Microbial Genetic Resources Bank. He currently works as a consultant in various Latin American countries.
